Default Valve cover question

Ok I'm a newbie and I have been using the search thing like I do with most forums.

Here's the situation....I own a 1999 Pontiac Grand Prix GTP and I'm doing my friend a favor by working on his car and learning about it as much as I can on here.

I have some questions to ask here.

I'm going to do his Valve Cover Gasket and was wondering if you guys have a pic of this piece so I get it right and possibly a write up on how to change the gasket because I found oil in one of the spark plugs.

Also is it possible that with this leak that it could be getting on the cam sensor because a mechanic said he had oil on it and I was wondering if replacing the gasket for the valve cover and park plugs would take that problem away.

What's the torq specs on those bolts to?

He owns a 2000 Neon and its the ES 2.0 sohc. Sorry for all the questions but its not my car and I don't want to screw anything up.

Thanks

Andrew

Last question on this .....would this cause the trouble in the cam sensor. A mechanic said they found oil in it before and had to clean it.

So can the cam's oil on it be cause from the leak of the valve cover?

If its leaking by the sensor then yes it could. the gasket set should come with a new cam seal.
