Hi im installing an amp in the trunk of my 03 neon, I was wondering throught what gromet in the firewall your guys run you power wire (8gauge) a littel help would be apreciated

up and to the left of where the steering colum goes through there is already a nice size gromet for the stock lines to go through. you can make easy use of it, as its a pretty nice diameter hole thorugh the firewall. i try to make use of whats already there. and yes... i used 8ga

 

its like a rubberize circle and wat i did is i grab a cloth hanger and electrical tape or duct either 1 the amp wire to the hanger and stuck it in the rubber thing, and poked throught the otherside and wha laa cuz if you do it just the gauage wire it start bending and twisting all over the place like a drunk man urinating lol?
