hey I was at the local junkyard and found a 2000 neon motor sohc obviously, no tranny dont need one. But I wanna buy this motor fro my 2003 neon sxt five speed. and today the guy i bought my car off of said i couldnt swap that motor into it due to sensors or some ****. would somebody with good knowledge and info on how to perform this swap please contact me on aim ( xXSikSnyprXx ) or yahoo ( chris_craycraft@yahoo.com ). I want to but the motor so i can build up the internals on it and have it for when i either A crave more power or B when I blow the one up that I have in my car. Isimply wanna know if I can use it or would it have been a waste of money I mean its the same damn motor so.

To make that work in your 2003, you would need engine bay wiring harness along with the dash wiring harness. All cam and crank sensors along with magnets. & 00-02 ECU.
honestly, i suggest to find another motor... there are other little things that are different that will just become a huge headache.
