Default Muddy Coolant

I drained/flushed the radiator yesterday and the orange coolant was muddy. There seems to be a good amount of sludge built up in the cooling system. Flushing it three times didn't remove all the slude. Has anybody else experienced this? Anybody know what to do about this?

I did some quick research and it seems that GM is having the same problem with the orange coolant they use. It seems the customers are calling it Death Cool.

Has anybody been successful in removing all the sludge without having to replace components and refilling it with green coolant instead?

Yeah, it might take a while but keep flushing it until it's clear. Prestone makes a decent cooling system treatment and conditioner... comes in a small yellow bottle, I think it's about $6 or so at WalMart. I had an older car with a similar problem and used thetreatment and it stayed pretty clean afterwards.
