well i'm trying to install my tach but having some problems.... I don't know where to put the green wire...... i've tried puttin it on the distributor cap but it won't read correctly...... it keeps on reading max to 3000 rpm...... please if you know how to fix the tach on a neon 2003, please help me cause i'm really lost....... thanks.....

look for it on ebay, sometime you can find them cheap, most of the time expect to pay $50-$80. The only other way to do it is to switch gauge cluster and have a built in tach.

 

i would say swap in a cluster with a tach looks much much beter
