now is it hard to start it when it is cold or hot out? (yes it makes a difference)

 

It's hard to start in either hot or cold. But lately I've been noticing it more, since it is summer time and half of the week it sits outside. I will try the on position trick though and see if that does help.

 

well it could be a timing issue you might want yo get your timing checked out by a mechanic.... it could be a bad coolant temp sensor, the MAP sensor could have went bad, the fuel pump might not be working correctly, the injectors could be leaking... thats about it i think so you may want to check those as well.....
