Default selling my love :-(

Hey guys,

I'm thinking of selling my Neon for reasons other then not liking it. In fact, I love it more then anything, but I might be forced to sell it. :-(
I'm wondering how much I could sell it for and hoping for some help.

The car that I have is Dodge Neon SE 2005 (but bought new in 2006). It has 28000 miles and no real upgrades to it. Everything works perfectly, but the breaks squeak when they are cold - i've been with that to the shop and they couldn't help it...

I looked on Blue Book and according to them it would go for about 8500. It sounds right to me, but my buddy doubts that I could sell it for that much.

Any ideas?

Post it up on ebay for what you are willing to let it go for as a reserve and if the bids dont make the reserve you dont have to sell.

It costs money to list it on eBay. Try craiglist.com first. I think you can list it for free, it's like a classified ad. If you're going to be buying a new car you can always try trading it in.
