People have always told me if you get and aftermarket intake you must do exhaust manifold too at the same time? Does it really matter? How do I reset my computer cause I just installed a chip that I got from a friend? And if anyone has body kit rec. pm me with your ideas thanks.

Well chips realy don't work with our cars, sorry. As for resetting the computer I belive you disconnect the battery and turn on your lights, then reconnect the battery and you should be all set. As for intake I have a CAI and stock exhaust and its fine, no power increase but sounds better.

You dont need to get a header or anything else if you get an intake. Its a good idea because the engine will flow more air but its not really needed. To reset the computer, unhook the negative battery cable and step on the brakes for about 30 seconds. Hook everything back up and go drive the car. The computer will "learn" how you want to drive so dont be afraid to"run" it. And just for someinfo, therereally hasnt been any chips that work for the neons. JET and other companies advertise chips but many have found them useless. Soi wouldnt count on any improvement to your car. As far as the body kit, no info here. Good luck with your car!

Na all you have to do is unhook the negative off of your battery for 20 minutes then reconnect it to reset the computer. Whats up with the standing on your head, scratching your back, while honcking 3 times to rest the computer LOL.

You dont have to do the intake and exhaust sides at the same time, but its always better to do it that way. For the computer, just disconnect the negative battery cable for 15-20 minutes, pump your brakes a few times, and if you want to you canpull the fuel pump relay as well. Chips are worthless on all year Neons...so I hope you didnt pay your friend real money for it...
