ive had my 05 sxt for about a week now, everything is going good,ive put 600 miles on it so far.today my fuel light came on ,and i had 10 miles to go or so.parked ,went inside ,back out 10 min later,and it started to stumble like it was out of gas.
my wife got some spark plugs for me today,so i went ahead and changed them.
put some gas in it and heaedd off to the gas station.
THE STUMBLING GOT WORSE,i came home and checked my plug wires,(oh by the way i could change all but one,it has a weird domed boot on the plug and could not get a socket on it.)
one of the pug wires didnt seem to be on real good.and might be a source of a prob now,
anyway,i disconected the ground cable for about 20 min, and now every thing seems to be back to normal!
QUESTION, WHAT JUST HAPPENED?

I think your car computer resets after a good amount of time of the battery unhook. I am not sure about that but, could be that???

take it back to the dealer you got it from. you only have 600 miles on it they sure as hell better fix it

 

sorry ,i forgot to mention ,that it has 40 k on it, and i bought it from a saturn dealership,no warranty

 

o well thats poop
try to take it back anyway. you havent even hit 1000 miles off the lot. it cant hurt to try
