Default Programming Additional Keyless Entry

Hi, I would like to know what is the procedure to program an extra Keyless Entry if you have one already programmed? I've been reading that its not necessary to go to the dealer if you have one already workingbut haven't found the procedure for it in this forum.
Is there a limit as for how many Keyless you can have programned at once?
And is there anything special I have to look for when buying an extra remote from Ebay(not the dealer), since Ive readon ebay that there are someremotes that can look the same but dont really work on all Dodge/Chrysler cars.

I found the HOW TO at 2gn.org

Here's how in case somebody else needs it:

"Ok, this is from the 2000 Neon owners manual.

Additional transmitters can be programmed to the system using the following procedures:

1. Insert the key into the ignition and turn the switch to the run position.
2. Press and hold the Unlock button on the transmitter for between four and ten seconds.
3. Continue to hold the Unlock button and press the Panic button. A chime will sound to indicate that the transmitter programming mode has been entered.
4. Press a button on all transmitters to be programmed to the system, including any previously programmed transmitters. A chime will sound when each transmitter has been programmed.
5. Turn the ignition switch off to exit the transmitter programming mode."
