anyone know if the fuel rail itself can be painted without messing it up/damaging it/affecting operation?

Not on my question, but on the fuel injector cover..... I found this post on another site and maybe someone could shed some light?

was mentioned a couple times here on an approximate price for the thing, but this post has actual part numbers and lists the regular 2.0L one as like at least double the price of the 2.0L high output one...?
why?...or are these prices wrong?

Oh snap I need a cover. I was under the imperssion those were worth their weight i gold by how rare they were. I'mma call my dealer tomorrow.

i have no clue why the injector cover for the reg neon is more expensive
