So i got me a 05 SE and the dang thing doesnt have a tach in it, so i bought one and no one anywhere knows which wire to hook up to, if anyone knows, hit me up so i can finally put this all together...

 

Which brand tachometer did you purchase?

 

It's a heck of a lot easier to go on e-bay or to a salvage yard and get a new gauge cluster for the SXT model and just swap it out. I got one off e-bay for less than $40, and swaped it out in my SE in less than 20 inutes.That one has a built in tach and it just plugs right in. wiring to the plug is already set up for the tach, even on the SE model. Plus you get some cool white faced gauges instead of the black face.
Do a search on here ans you should find many posts on the subject of he swap. Search for something like 'gauges' or 'tach'

mine was easy i just need da tachadapter which is my next mod
