Default 2005 Neon died for no reason

My 2005 Neon was idling in park as my husband andI were switching cars. He got in his and then with no warning of any kind, the Neon had completely shut off. At first I thought I didn't see him turn it off, but lo and behold, when I tried to crank her up, nothing. Not even a click. She won't even try to turn over. Any suggestions as to the problem and solution would be much appreciated. Thanks!

My big three would be: bad alternator, bad starter motor, bad starter relay...

Yea check the fuses on the driver side and then check the fuses/relays in the power distribution center right by the battery. Make sure battery terminals arent oxydized and the battery is leaking or something.
