if the stage one and two turbos from hahnare the same, then how come you can only put the stage two on the 03+ neons?
*edit* I just read that there are three hahn kits on the MP website, stage one and two for the 00-02, and the one for the 03+.
how come there is only one kit for the 03+ though, does it have anything to do with NGC or the ecu? i'm a little
confused lol

They cant stop you from buying those kits, and they will work on an 03+ Neon, it will just be more difficult to tune because NGC is a nasty ***** lol 
. Its just the PortFuler is pretty damn close to plug and play as far as fuel tuning goes for the Neon...
