Default RE: turbo question

a turbo on any car is safe if tuned right... What is your knowledge base on tuning and turbochargers? If it is minimal then i do not suggest a turbo kit. I used to live in New England area and my tune would change daily, depending on the temperature and humity... Wasn't a big deal to me, but for someone with no knowledge of tuning, it may turn into a nightmare.

And SRT-4 swap may be the best... It is all under factory computer control and you don't have to worry about watching guages.
