damn hondas

 

ya i'm jealous too... it's ok to admit it. I've recently come to terms with it. When you can put 11 to 15psi on a stock 1.6l block and make anywhere from 323whp to 375whp with no problems, i get jealous.

my buddy ran out of injector pulse so will be back with a 350+ dyno soon. bastard!

OK, while on vacation i was able to take my buddy's honda on a beat run... all i can say is that car is crazy fast. (the one in the vid i posted)

In all honesty, i may be crossing over to the dark side... I have driven my brother's stage 3 srt with C16 in the tank and HOM mode on and his car has nothing on this 1.6l coupe. He (my brother) drove it to and will agree 100%.

Nothing like throwing a turbo kit on a stock 1.6l block and beating 600cc motorcycles... and yes i saw it with my own eyes last saturday night.

damn man thats a nice civic. What set up is he running and how much did he pay (esp for the tune) it takes one helluvatune to make those numbers on a atock block. While i wasvisitingthe school im attending in the fall my friend introduced me to he his roomate, the kid drives a sickturbo'd06 si. 250whp. he tookus for a spin but keptit at 5 psi. it was running lean and bogging toward the top end (needed to be street tuned) but i still felt the difference from mine lol.

oops typo. nice SI. but its a honda. nuting against u bro, its just here where i live, a lot of asains dat i kno talk their smack about my neon and dey drive hondas so its like they r my number 1 enemy.

 

ill admit it, i love honda's, my brother has a SI with a t3/t4 turbonectics turbo (on stock internals) and he runs cicles around me. idk im a honda kid with a dodge i guess lol (even tho i wouldnt trade it for anything), everything is just so damn cheap for those things...3 g's and your runnin low 12's high 11's if you do it right.. damn it

 

I'm a sucker for white... nice looking ride. There is a kid on my forums (FYC) that has a turbo one like that. He's having issues too. he got 210whp 198wtq on 8psi with the greddy kit.

as far as the coupe i posted, he bought a custom manifold off some kid in New york for about $700 and the rest is ebay... turbo, BOV, even the ss autocrome downpipe... he is using crome for engine management. The two step with that is crazy, he builds ten psi with the two-step launch control. he's running 11-12psi. Those stock blocks are good for almost 400whp with a good tune...
