I'm not sure what a horn pad is, to start, I know it the part that also connects to the air bad...right?
My mechanic said I need a new horn pad for my 2000 Dodge Neon. Anyone know of any sites where I can find one moderatly cheap? OR should I just go to the local junk yard?

i would think that
its the plastic thing that covers the air bad and stuff unless your steering is crusty(messed up) then i would
just get a whole steering wheel at the junk yard cuz i thinkk that plastic thing would be a dealer only type of thing and they charge out the *** for it
you could probly get a steering wheel at the jy for maybe 20 bucks

If you cant find one I will sell you mine. but check your local scrap yard first because you can find one cheeper than what the shipping cost will be for me to sell and ship mine.
