Ive had an oil leak since I bought my car, the shop that put in a new gasket got it dirty or something so it leaks, so I added some oil today and accidently put in too much. How bad is this gonna be? am I just going to end up with some dirtier parts?

well depending on how much you put in you could blow all of your oil seals and if they messed up the seal why wouldn't they fix the problem? if i were you i would drain just a little bit out until you have the right amount....
