after 30sec. the air the engine is pulling in is faster then the fan can blow.... which will actually hurt your power.

 

There was a right up someone did on this awhile back on his cavelier, and it was complete junk. It cannot spin at high enough rpms to produce any performance gain. It is as effective as setting a desk fan on top of your throttle body.

 

i bought one back in my ricer days, before i was actually boosted. what they sent me was the pump that you use to blow up an air matress with the switch taken out, and wires saudered in. we decided to hook it up anyways and it lasted, umm..10 seconds max. it immediatley fried the "charger" when i hit 3000rpm...place wouldnt refund my money either...so
