ive got a vibrant dual exhaust, it really doesnt have much sound with the stock piping and cat, but i have a high-flow cat on it and it has a significant exhaust note change with it. it's pretty quiet all the way up to 3k where it really kicks in, then quiets bakc down @ 5500rpms
mine sits back a bit, because of the highflow cat pushing all my piping towards the back of the car a bit, and i kinda like it, cause theres like no space on it, and its like right up on the bumper, so it doesnt hang down like it does in the pic on modern performance.
all in all, i like it, my only concern is getting the water out of it, because whenever i was my car, water goes down the piping a bit and doesnt come out, but im sure when the exhaust warms up and gets hot, the water evaporates and goes out the exhaust tips.
my only gripe is that it is crooked, but i do have one off of ebay.
it is only noticeable if you compare how close the tips are to the bumper, but thats it.
id give mine a 9/10
and i only payed like $150 for it
edit: heres some pics of mine on a 2000 bright silver metalic neon
these pics were before i put on the 15" alloys from the R/T neon & de-badged/de-striped my car

Here's a pic of what mine looks like installed. I love the sound, and I'm sure it would look a little cleaner with a lip kit, but I have other things I need to spend my money on first. One install modification I did was adding a hard urethane hanger on the passenger side in place of the stock rubber one. It leveled out the tips slightly and reduced some vibrations I was experiencing.

trust me, if you really wanted to put that thing on, it wont take you more than 45mins. thats about how long it took me + my dad to get it on.
but the high-flow cat is a totally different story....
ill just elaborate and say bolts that have been in one place for 100K miles doesnt work out too well when your trying to take them off...
