Q Engine cooling fans
sorry if there's a post about this but I searched and could find it.
I have to replace myfan shoundon my 2004 ATX neon and it comes with two fans, but when I asked arround it in my local junk yards they only have the single fan shround.
Can someone tell me if I can install the Single fan shound with out affecting normal operation?
And also, can some explain to me wich neons come with the single fan shound and wich ones come with the two fan shound?

I'm assuming your talking about the radiator fans and shroud? The Neons with automatics got two fans, while the manual Neons got one fan radiators. The reason behind this was because the ATx creates more heat, so I would stick with the two fans if I were you. As far as i know, you cant modify a single fan shroud to work on a two fan radiator.
