ok the thing will not rub your tire as long as you have the splash guard there.
on quality, you are buying a tube. nothing more nothing less. it goes to the same place. the only difference is if you get a bracket to hold up your throttle body, which you will need and if there is something to replace the accordian thingy which is not necessary, but nice. you might get 1/2 more hp with a k&n which means nothing. it is however important to get a k&n filter to go on the end of it

 

Come with instructions or no? Any special K&N besides the one K&N says for a Neon?

its easy to install, theres a howto in the sticky i think. get the replacement filter for a dodge neon so if you ever decide to get rid og the cai you can still use it

I bought a CAI off e-bay for 40 bucks and it gave me a few hp and the meanest sound I've ever heard on a Neon. Sounds so fu**ing sick!
