Since the car is under-exposed and is black there isn't much detail you can bring out of it.

If you can get a nice sunset again...re-do it. What kind of camera do you have and do you have a tripod?

Still think re-doing it with HDR is the best choice. HDR pics of cars are sick.

 

pixelated...... its commin out crystal clear over here..... if ur talking about the wall there... thats how the wall really is, lol but w/e or if u think the sides of the sky are a bit to pixelated well i guess he will have to take the pic over again or something but idk..... w/e i tried

 

Seems like you messed with the levels a little too much.

Whole thing looks pixelated though.

I don't have photoshop here at work but you could do a mask around the car and adjust the levels on just the car.

 

yea i could but i thought spikey said he wanted a more vivid sky as well... ill see if i can smooth it out a little....

 

Maybe you can bump up the contrast in the sky and raise the levels on the car.

 

tried to bump the contrast but it just made the sky look too bright or too dark either way i went so what i did was put a few layers over eachother and then bam.... nice lookin sky... i also had to use a reduse noise filter here and there as well as a layer mask on the car to brighten it up a bit

Might want to blur the sky just a bit. Probably not much more you could really do on the car. Since it's under-exposed and black you can't bring out much detail.
