I have a full f/r Mopar lip kit in silver for the 03-05 Dodge neon. The front was on for a few weeks, the rear never on. All hardware included with the instuctions. The cut outs have been cut out, need some sanding down to smooth the edges of the cutouts, but other than that mint.

will this fit on a 00 base neon, or only the 03-05 neons?

edit: nvm, i didnt read the full post, my bad... all well, im sure the rear will fit on, they're the same bumper afaik......

if you wanna sell just the rear for $50 shipped i might buy it but it'll depend on my financial situation at the time I decide to purchace.
