Hey guys.. i just picked up my full srt4 exhaust for my neon LX this week.. getting it installed with a bunch of other stuff on tuesday..

I just purchased a 30" cherrybomb glasspack for it as i believe it will be a bit too loud without one.. but im woundering now if i add the glasspack will i also need to cut out the resonators? the guy told me the resonators were still in it and he would recomend a glasspack.. so my question is do i just get teh installer to cut teh midpipe and throw in the glasspack (srt4 midpipe) or do i also need to get him to cut out the resonators as well??

yup because the resonators reside in the midpipe, where they resignate the residual airflow of the cars residue....

 

So i need to cut them out correct?

Where are they located in the midpipe?

ok.. cuz I would like the thing to be loud.. but i dont want it to be retarded loud and be bothered by the cops everyday.. but i would like to have a great rumble at low rpms and when i hit it have her roar pretty good.. I figured if i left the resonators and added teh glasspack it mite sound weird!!

 

aren't the resonators RIGHT in the middle of the midpipe? normally where the glasspack would go?

Where are the resonators as i want to remove them and install teh glasspack instead.. I dont want both as i think it will mess with the sound!!

 

da resonators are after da catalic converter. u should be able to c them
