Been a while since I posted I know.
Not really had a lot of time.
I rencently spent some time looking at the new Dodge Avenger. After some thought, I decided to forget it and carry on with my Neon.
I have managed to check out under the car now.
Seems to me like the CAT is missing!?
Quick description... The exhaust leaves the engine.. there is the stocky round resonator..... then nothing untilt the muffler... I do see a heatguard located roughly under the driver seat in the center. Im guessing that who ever had the car before me had it removed.
I guess this means that Upgrading the exhaust pipe to 2.5" from 2" might not be worth the trouble since there is no CAT retarding the flow.
Now your reading this. Perhaps you can help me out.
I have a CAI, and a pretty efficient Exhaust, a custom spoiler but the rest is stock.
Whats my next step??. (links or part numbers would be good)

The next step is totally up to you.... do you want to go all motor, spray, boost,or just have it look good?
there is soo many paths to choose, and its totally how you feel and what your willing to put into (money is always a problem) your car. Personally i'm building (or attempting to) a fully built nitrous neon. I wanna run at least 100shot by this spring. I find nitrous to be the best bang for its buck, but again its allabout what you want. The best thing to do is research differentpower adders and decide whatfits your plan best. Good luck!

Well, Iv got it down to looks and speed.
I regularly cruise the little thing at 80 in I4 between Orlando and Lakeland. Would be nice to have a little extra guts for those retards.
(ill say now, I did pass a honda DX who tried to race me.. poor guy was surprised when i glid past him).
