I have had a ebay intake in my 04 sxt for 3 yrs and its just a intake and a srt4 exhaust is a cheap nice setup for a sxt just besure to get somekind of glasspack with it.

 

ebay CAI intakes with a K&N filter seems to be gold....many people run this set up and love it, the intake is just a pipe but many people like to shell out extra cash to have name brands which is nice as well if you can afford it...as for the water it happened to me a couple times i think my car might be a tad too low and thats the reason its getting water in it, that and the roads here are ****, but I took it off and stuck the damn filter straight on the throttle body which isn't as nice as the CAI lol. I would say get it, its a nice mod, just be careful, it was weird, i didn't drive through deep puddles but they weren't small either, i guess my car was thirsty lol

 

o for the dual exhaust i would recommend the Magnaflow cat back, its great, thats what i run. a cheaper set up though which sounds nice if done right would be the SRT setup

 

so i guess ur lookin to get a dual exhaust, like neon03se said get a magnaflow or borla to give u more horsepowerfind em at modernperformance.com... cuz that one u was lookin at was the r/t muffler doesnt do anythin but look pretty, and the srt exhaust will just look kool too but give u a really loud noise
