just wondering if a srt4 cai would fit on a neon sxt or does it mount up in diff places? looking at some pics it looks like it might mount up a little diff but i could be wrong.

 

i think i just found the answer it doesnt look likt it cuz it bolts up to the turbo by the pics im looking at but im gonna be turboing my neon soon sooooo when i do that i can use a srt4 cai right?

 

Why dont you just get a CAI that fits your car? lol

The SRT-4 intake will not fit your regular neon. It might fit it when you get it turbocharged...not sure though. I guess it depends how the intercooler fits in when you get it turbocharged.

 

The cold air intake will not fit in your Neon, even if you had it turbocharged the intake would still not fit correctly.

 

Unless you SRT engine swap.

 

The SRT-4 Iceman intake fit on my 2003... just had to get a smaller battery. I had it installed for one day then i hit an F150. it got crushed.

i have a cai already was mostly just looking for info for when i put my turbo on... but yeah i donno i gotta look some more and see how everything will hook up. im doing a custom kit so i can prob make it work if i want.

 

Im sure you can cut the CAI to fit your neon.

 

just get the cai for the neon
