I kept them on. I also sprayed engine paint from autozone...5 bucks. I taped everything up all over so nothing got overspray and put cardboard behind the rotors to protect the arm and wheel well. They turned out good. Maybe I will get some pics up.

caliper painting is actually fairly simple. You just have to make sure its CLEAN! Once that was done I just took a small brush and caliper paint, only tape that was need was to make sure nothing got on the rotors. I applied 3 coats and its looking pretty good aside from the brake dust.
