I was thinking about getting window tints. I believe the laws for ohio have to allow 50% of the light to get in. I tried looking at autozone but I couldn't find anything that was legal. Anyone know a good place? Also, has anyone done it before? Is it fairly simple?

 

I tried that once... I'll never do it again... haha one of the only things that i vote "professional install" on...

 

you can order it off ebay already precut for your windows, just type in your car. Yes the tint is 50% on front driver, and passenger windows. there is no limit on the back windows. You can usually go a little darker, and they won't bother you. I put 20% all around. It might be better to do 35% front, and 20% back. That way it looks even, and less chance of getting in trouble.

 

I just started doing tint with this guy...he did my back window decently. I am hoping some of the little imperfections come out.

I have 5% all the way around the rear and 15% on the front. Looks great...i'm going to strip the rear and put double limo some time i get around to it.

 

i got 20 tint all around and ive never been stopped....20 tint is like the tint u see on pickup trucks and suvs right from the dealership....

 

I dont care to much for philadelphia laws LOL. I got 15% all the way around legal tint here is 30%. But than again philly cops got other things to worry about than 15% tint
