The 03-05 tailights are shorter, it leaves a gap between the bumper and the bottom of the headlights. If you have 03-05 headlights AND an 03-05 bumper, you'll be fine.

how is your tranny doing anyway. try putting a tranny cooler on and some synthetic atf-4...

i think the poster is trying to put some L.E.D tails on his 02 bumper like i wanted to before i got a new bumper

 

switch out the bumper Izero! lol. your car will thank you for it. as for my tranny it feels like nothin happened at all. so thats good, i actually need to change out the fluid in it

 

yea just get a bumber from a 03 and up and it would fit perfectly if u wana do dat.

 

i still haven't finished painting my '03 front bumper..... but when i get to the rear i think i am gonna go with an SRT4 rear bumper..... they look better and i like the carbon fiber exhaust shrouds they make for it... but i just hope that my vibrant dual exhaust will be at the same place as the holes in the bumper.... :-\

the difference is that the 03+ lights flatten out on the bottom. the 00-02 lights are curved at the bottoms. if you put 03+ tails on an 00-02 bumper your going to have a gap where the bottom rounded part of the 00 tail would have been.
