Hey guys does anyone know if its better to do a wheel alignment with stock rims and tires or with aftermarket rims and tires...The reason i ask is cuz someone told me that it works better with your stock stuff on...Any help will be appreciated cuz im gettin the alignment after lunch....

 

um i believe its better if u do an alignment wit ur rims cus ur going to be driving wit dem on. so if u put da stock ones and put ur rims on da alignment will change i believe.

 

The alignment must be done with the tires and rims that you are driving with.

 

Well truly won't matter. In fact if you have really nice rims with tight rim protector lip on the tires then stock for the alignment is great just to prevent damage. Then when you are happy just put back on the good stuff and rip.

You are setting angles which the rims do not change. Might they change the requirements of the Toe setting sure. But it will not change the angle.
