I dont see why you would. You dont need 2.5 inch tubing till you are producing 50 whp........

He means over stock. Unless you have some serious intake and head work theres no reason to go over the stock 2.25" piping...

What they are all trying to say is that if you upgrade the size of your piping, you will lose power. This means your car will go slower.
