Default painted side mirrors and C pillar... (pics)

Alright... since i was tight on cash recently but at the same time i really want to keep modding my car (yes i think i'm addicted) so i spray painted my side mirror and the C pillar on the rear window. What do you guys think?

Damn looks good, what did you use for paint color wise? Looks like it matches pretty well.

thanks guys... i was hoping it would look good... i just used all the duplicolor stuff... first i use the filler primer (since they have the grainy texture) after sanding it down as much as possible so it'll look smooth, then i color match it with duplicolor bright metallic silver which is T0363 then i add in a top clear coat... I probably did like 3 light layers of primer (using hairdryer in between to speed up the time between coating) then about 5 light layers of silver color, then follow by like 7 light layers of clear coat (can you tell i'm trying to make it shine? ). let it dry overnight and install it back on... takes like maybe 3 to 4 hours... wasn't too bad... just make sure it's light coat... put a little too much and you'll have to redo it otherwise you'll get a dull patch which is a pain in the *** to redo. I thought about doing the B pillars... the outside ones... but i'm afraid it'll look bad because it'll then have silver in the whole piece of black. yeah, i'm planning on doing the door handles but i haven't figure a way to take those off... the bolts on the otherside looks weird and seems like there's more than meets the eye to take those off... so maybe when i'm free i might just mask the whole area off and just paint it while on the car. Only thing i'm worried is the paint coming off... since it's the door handle where you'll touch it all the time... and i'm just worried aftermarket spray paint cans won't hold up to the abuse... but when i do, i'll post again sorry about the long post again...

i got the multi pack ones... first with 350grit, then 800... then wash, then primer... then after 30mins then 1,500 grit then silver paint. I sanded the primer with 1,500 the first time but figured it probably didn't do much of a difference unless there's uneven surface... so i just skipped the 1,500 sanding the 2nd time... both came out the same anyway. oh yeah... also i forgot to tell you guys that after letting the last clear coat dry for like 10 mins... i "baked" it... yes... put it in the oven and baked it... i set it on the lowest setting my oven would let me which is 170 degree for like 10 mins... i put it on a plate though... didn't dare to put it on a metal baking pan in fear of melting it. and once baked it'll harden and dry up and it'll be good enough to put it on.
