I have an 03 Neon SE and the dash makes a lot of noise when I drive and it drives me nuts!! It's just the top part of the dash doing it, does any one here know of a way to fix it?

Have you checked to see if you have any loose screws? I don't even have all the screws in mine and I have motor mounts, aka lots of vibration, and my dash doesn't rattle.

Does the top part of the dash screw in or does it have clips that hold it on? I can make it stop when I pull up on it right above the center A/C vents and the one on the drivers side.
