Default about crane 22 camshaft

So I reading some stuff on neons.org. I just started to go there and man...its so big I don't even know how to get into it lol. So many different subforums. But I saw a lot of people are using Crane 22s. I tried to get some info on them but couldn't really find anything. I have never heard that recommended here. Is there a reason why?

There is no Crane 22 for the SOHC motor...only the DOHC. The most aggressive cam for the SOHC is the Crane 005.
