Default Weird Engine Code. Need Help.

My buddy works at pep boys and he checked my engine light. On the machine codes P1490 and P1192 came up. any idea what it could be and what it would cost to fix.

I can't win with my car. the check engine lights on, my sub blew, and I need my oil changed.

The P1490 is "Secondary Air Relief Solenoid Circuit Malfunction". Its part of the cars auxillary emissions control system and helps reduce emissions during startup...but it shouldnt affect anything in the grand scheme of things.

The P1192 is "Voltage External". I have no idea what that means, but based on what the actual code means it has to do with primary emissions management..
