I have a 2000 Neon LE that does not start, I've had the starter replaced and still no good. I know the battery and altenator are all working fine. I want to replace the starter relay but don't know where the location is? There is no crank, however sometimes it does crank but won't turn over. Majority of the time there is no crank. Thanks!!!!

 

The starter relay is int he main box under the hood right next to the battery. On the back side of the cover there will be a diagram that lists what each relay is for so you can locate the right one...

 

Thanks 03neonRT, I have another question, another possibility is the neutral safety switch and ignition switch may be intermittent, do you know the location of these parts and the difficulty in replacing them? Thanks!!!
