Default New gauge lights

I had time to kill Friday so I completely took apart my gauge cluster and found that I cannot remove that green film over the numbers inside. [&o] I want mygauge clusterto glow red, not blue! (or green for that matter) If I put red led lights in there, will it look funny? Will it look purple or something? Any suggestions???

I haven't done it myself so I don't know what color it will light up, but probably not red. I personally put blue leds in my cluster and it lights up blue, but I doubt you'd get that lucky with red. I think the only thing you can do is to get an overlay. I think speedhut has them. I've never been that interested in it as my guages look the way I want.

yea, that green film on the inside is really lame. Don't worry about it... if you really want red led's go with speedhut like low suggested.
