No offense the make of that how to, but I found it to be extremely confusing, and running that much line is just unnecessary...it somewhat defeats the purpose of catching the oil. Remember to calculate gravity...it is a liquid we're talking about.
I have one on my hahn turbo 1st gen neon makes more sense on a turboed than a non turboed ride . I know all our rides use oil buts it just my opinion that my sxt doesnt really needa catch can.
LOL who cares just let it drip all over the place[:-]
hey glad you joined the forum, and im not trying to be a dick or anything, but pleasse dont post up useless crap like that.
anyway, listen to that how to on how to make the can. but placement is different. there is a tube coming from the pvc valve ( right side of the valve cover, you cant miss it) and it goes directly to the intake manifold. put the can in between that line. i have one, and it filles up every oil change, so i reccomend it. thats oil that will pool up in the intake manifold
