RE: fuel rail
Before you read on, I just want you to know I am being asking nicely and really respectfully. I ask because I care.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Why do you need a fuel rail? There is no need for an upgraded fuel rail. The stock OEM fuel rail is more than enough to supply you with the adaquite amount of fuel. A stock OEM fuel rail won't even be a problem with a turbo setup. All you need in a turbo swap is injectors. Running an upgraded fuel rail (in most cases) causes you to run too rich.
secondly, you shouldn't upgrade your injectors on a mainly stock engine. You will run too rich. You really only need injectors if your running a highly modified N/A engine with a high compression, or a turbo setup.
Now, I am not saying the fuel rail is useless. You can put it on and use the stock injectors, but you might be running a bit too rich. The only way you would be able to tell is with a dyno. They will tell you how you are doing with your air/fuel. That or an air/fuel gauge (but you shouldn't need it).

RE: fuel rail
ok heres what i know. upgrading your fuel rail will do nothing. you may feel a difference because theres was something in your origonal one. but if you bought it becaue it looks nice then its ok. also, you shoudnt care what people think, just you. also, upgrading injectors will hurt the car
