if you want to and possibly ruin the bumper if you're not careful.... try one of the dremel tools with the small round cutting bit and then use a file to clean it up and make it straight then repaint it

see, ya i wouldn't trust myself to do that.. i always thought there was something diffent about srt's.. just couldn't figure it out

make sure u measure and draw the outline and dont cut on the line, file and sand it down to the line so it's perfect

Yes, it does look weird without them. But rather then trying to cut them in there I would just fork over the money for a new bumper. I can pretty much assure you can't make it look as good as a new bumper will.
