Front end thumping and squeaking noise
Alright I have a Dodge Neon 03' sxt, i have put New rims that I recently put new Rims on it. I bought it used and when I test drove it, i never heard the noises. These Rims came from a Car that I recently got in An Accident in. So what th eproblem is while im driving, on the front end right side, I;m hearing a loud thumping noise while rolling the car. And when i press the accelerator it starts to squeak. but while driving and i turn, the noise goes away when i move the streeting wheel to the right or left it goes away. Thanks
I'll say get wheel balancing for the wheels and rims.... if there's any bent or damage to it they'll let you know (that is if they're a good auto shop... and plz... no walmart quick lube balancing... they chipped the paint of my "new" rim and my steering wheel shakes like crazy at highway speed).
Something might be rubbing...or the tires could have been incorrectly installed...rotor hitting or caliper hitting. Check that first, make sure everything is clearing.
Then check CAB for the hell of it
Then check CAB for the hell of it
