Default problem

i installed my headers and exhaust system and i cant fit one of my o2 sensors. What should i do??

More than likely its the downstream you can't fit. You can drive without it, but it will trigger a CEL. Do you have a bung for it, but it just can't reach? Do you have a cat installed?

why wont it fit?? Wire to short? not enough room??

as spikey said what header is it?

i have mpx headers and the downstream one isnt long enough to fit

just extend the wires, i had to do that for the cat.

you don't have enough information to make that determination, thats why i posed my question. I drove my turbo SXT witout the downstream attached for more than 1000 miles and never once went into limp mode.

The downstream o2 Sensor doesn't send your car into limp mode.

I haven't had mine on in almost a month and i've driven over 1,500 miles without it.
