How long do you plan on keeping teh neon!
till i can afford one of these 3 cars:
1) Stone white SRT-4 ACR edition
2) Grey 05 evo RS
3) 06 British racing green exige w/ FF275hp turbo
that goes from lowest cost to highest btw :P

ive already had my 96 neon since 97 and my sxt since 04 brand new and she has over 100,000 miles on so both as long as I can have them . I guess I will be rebuilding both engines if I have and whatever else goes wrong.

A Neon can last for 200k+ as long as its maintained and well taken care of and I plan on keeping mine for a few more years still.

For a long time to come since these cars are pretty inexpensive as far as repairs, and I like this car for the most part. It just may not be my primary car in the next few years.

If by "constant" you mean the normal service intervals, and by "parts" you mean normal parts that would need replaced just like on any other car because of wear and tear. Then yes.
