my gf has a 00 atx neon es
and whenever shes goes to start her car, it clicks like 30 times, like its trying to start, then finaly starst.
its not the starter or battery. i think it might be the plugs, but im not sure.
help?

 

Check the fuses in the drivers side and make sure that your relays are good in the power center under the hood.
