my idle control valve is broken or dirty. how do i clean it? and if iwas to repalce it, would it be hard? alsothere should be a screw that i could adjust to increase the idle but i don't know where that is on the neon. it would be nice if anyone can help me.

 

just take off the throttle body and take out the iac. its the more round looking thing, and spray the carbon crap down with non chlorinated brake cleaner. and scrub it with an old tooth brush. and there is no way to adjust the idle speed. thats what the iac is for...
