sometimes when im bored i think of crazy stuff...anyways is it possible to have a twin turbo setup on a neon?

thats not on a 2.0 or 2.4 L is it? i mean obviously...lol but im thinkin it wouldnt work on the 2.0 or 2.4 would it?
