there will be no back pressure with that, you know.

back pressure = enemy of a turbo

huh?? no, you dont want ANY back presure with a turbo. at all, the closer you can get to 0 psi back pressure in the exhaust system the better. you need free flowing exhaust with a turbo.

well thanks for the info both of you. i just wanted to make sure that nothing on the neon would be affected by this exhaust. im trying to keep her living and avoid repairing stuff that costs more than i have

lol, you'll be fine, the only thing backpressure can hurt is performance

less backpressure on a non boosted engine = less performance

too much back pressure = head damage due to too much presure going back through the exhaust system
