Default horn location 2002 neon

I am needing some input as to the location of the horn on my daughters 2002 neon. The car just passed state inspection and she is set to take herdrivers test and now the horn has failed and it has to be functioning for the test. The relay activates in the relay box under the hood when the horn pad is pressed on the steering wheel so that tells me the circuitry is okay up to the relay box.

I have read that horn failure is a common occurrence on the 2nd generation neons.

Thanks.

Thanks farm boy. I removed the two bolts on the bottom side of the reservoir, underneath the car and I could not get it move. In fact the opening of the reservoir and the body of the reservoir are under a piece of sheet metal in the engine compartment. I will need to look at it again.

Thanks Farm boy. I finally was able to remove the lamp assembly as you suggested and located the horn.
New horn installed and is working fine.
Thanks. Hemispheres.
